Delivery
Subject ot stock availability, we aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours or receipt of order.  Delivery is subject to carrier/Royal Mail service.
Scottish Swimming will not accept responsibility, financial or otherwise, as a result of delayed delivery.  If goods are out of stock, despatch of this item may be delayed and will be sent as soon as it is available.

Missing/damaged/incorrect items
Unfortunately, errors and damages can occasionally occur.  if you ahv received your order and an item is missing, incorrect or damaged, please contact Scottish Swimming/Awards Team direct-01789 466535 quoting your order number and the missing item, and we will investiage the matter further.

Returns
To ensure our customers receive their goods in perfrect condition, all goods are carefully checked and packed before despatch.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Scottish Swimming/Awards Team within 14 days of receipt of your order.  NB: goods must be received by Scottish Swimming within a further 14 days.  Returned goods can only be refunded if they are unused and in good saleable condition.  We will exchange the goods, credit or refund your purchase in full.  This statement does not affect your statutory rights.
