Scottish Swimming Regional Swimming Development Managers

The four Regional Swimming Development Managers (RSDM's) are part of the Scottish Swimming Development Team and have responsibility for planning, monitoring and evaluating a co-ordinated approach to swimming development in their specific area.

They are responsible for working with partners to implement Scottish Swimming's Learn to Swim & Awards programme, the swiMark club development programe, co-ordinatinng training and development for coaches and teachers, and co-ordinating the training and development of volunteers (including child protection).
