Learn to Swim
Introduction
On the 24th October, Scottish Swimming launched its new Learn to Swim programme which now includes the Adult and Child Swimming Programme, Learn to Swim and the National Swimming Award. It is presented within a robust carry case, for easy portability, and includes colour dividers for effective filing. It is available to local authorities, swim schools and clubs in two different packages.
Package 1 - Learn to Swim - Resource box only
Contents
One Learn to Swim Resource Box which includes all 3 Scottish Swimming programmes – Adult and Child, Learn to Swim and the National Swimming Award. The Learn to Swim programme now has a host of new resources including a full colour Teacher Guide, Assessment Record Forms and Criteria cards for each level, and 2 sets of Teacher Flashcards. The Adult and Child programme includes fully waterproof activity cards as well as a swimming programme guide specific to the Adult and Child programme. The National Swimming programme is also provided as a fully waterproof resource material.

£85.00 plus postage and packaging.

Package 2 - Learn to Swim with SwiMark
Contents
Includes as standard 5 copies* of Learn to Swim Resource Box (as detailed within package 1) with access to the SwiMark accreditation scheme, and electronic promotional leaflet and parent/swimmer guide templates.

* The standard of 5 copies of the Learn to Swim programme will be available where required. Scottish Swimming reserves the right to alter package contents where Swim Schools do not require as many as 5 copies.
** Functional Capacity is determined via a set of criteria which will look at factors such as the number of pools any one local authority uses to operate out of. This approach has been adopted to allow flexible pricing of packages.
