Recruitment Process

PVG Scheme Applications (Disclosure Scotland applications) and self declarations are an important part of the recruitment process for staff and volunteers.  Self declarations are for all staff and volunteers to complete and provide Scottish Swimming and the appropriate club with a character reference check.  PVG Scheme Applications are to be completed by those only in a childcare position, and are to be renewed every three years (or less depending on your local authority's policy).
