On line CPD Modules

Scottish Swimming is delighted to be the first sports governing body to enter into a strategic alliance with Apollinaire and 4pt to offer unique web based on-line CPD modules to develop Teachers’ and Coaches’ ‘how-to’ skills with an opportunity to gain CPD towards your Scottish Swimming licence.

Claiming CPD Points for a Scottish Swimming Licence

3 CPD points per module will be awarded by Scottish Swimming @ £5.00 per module for certification
To claim CPD points please work through the selected module as shown on the menu button (at the foot of the module page on the right hand side) and submit the following to the Education Department at Scottish Swimming:
printed copy of completed self reflection page
printed copy of completed action plan
printed copy of certificate of completion

CPD Catalogue

Coaches and Teachers are able to work at their own pace through selected modules
which include:

video analysis using non swimming clips to focus on ‘how-to’ skills
activities to aid application to their own coaching/teaching
tasks to aid self reflection
action planning to develop their practice
opportunities to generate evidence and support assessment

Module Costs

Prices for individual users are inclusive of VAT for 90 days access from date of transaction:
