Swimming is a great way to stay in shape - physically and mentally - and with the introduction of SwimGym™, your workouts in the pool are set to get even better.
Combining structure with variety is at the heart of the SwimGym™ philosophy and with three levels to choose from - beginner, intermediate and advanced - there is something for everybody, whatever your ability.
Each level has ten schedules for you to work your way through, devised to improve your fitness. The schedules are waterproof, which means you can take them into the pool with you and leave them at the side as a reference throughout your workout.
The schedules are not designed to show you how to swim, however there should be some helpful tips to improve your stroke found on the back of the schedules.
SwimGym™ has also been developed to give you the flexibility to choose when you want to move on to the next level. Some people move onto the next level swiftly, while others may choose to repeat their schedules many times.
