The purpose of the Scottish Swimming website is to provide you with information about Scottish Swimming and the sport of swimming in Scotland. All access to and use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions of use set out below. In accessing and using the Scottish Swimming website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of use. These terms and conditions of use and your acceptance thereof, form a contract between you and Scottish Amateur Swimming Association Limited , a company limited by guarantee in Scotland (number SC246645), having its registered office at National Swimming Academy, University of Stirling, Stirling, FK9 4LA (“Scottish Swimming”).

All copyright and other intellectual property rights in all text, images, sound, software, logos and other materials (‘the content”) on the pages of this website are owned by Scottish Swimming or are reproduced on the website with the permission of the relevant rights owner.
