As the Swimming Co-ordinator for customer service, marketing and sales, your job is all about people! We are looking for a confident and highly motivated individual, adept at planning and organisation in order to meet performance targets through influencing positive change on our customer service delivery.

In addition to your operational responsibilities for the delivery of the Learn to Swim pathway your individual focus will be on excellent customer experience.

You will be accountable for the delivery of exceptional levels of customer service and ensuring every customer has a positive experience throughout their journey with us. This will involve you in responding to enquiries from potential customers, turning those enquiries into sales and continue to work with our current customers with the aim of increasing retention. It is imperative you develop partnerships with the other members of the Learn to Swim and venue teams in order to achieve income and spend targets through development of business opportunities. You will be expected to assist in the communication and promotion of the benefits of our products in order to maximise occupancy of our programme aligned to our business goals.

Ideally you will be passionate about creative media. It is essential you have previous experience of leading a team as well as UKCC level 2 Teaching Aquatics. You will work 25 hours per week on a term time basis.
