We are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who will be committed to supporting RGU to provide staff, students and members of the local community, the fundamental swim skills required to be able to enjoy swimming for life. As a qualified swim teacher with administrative experience, you will work with operational and development staff to assist in the design, delivery and evaluation of our new learn to swim programme. Knowledgeable in learn to swim frameworks, relevant governing bodies, and associated agencies you will ensure RGU’S learn to swim programme is safe, effective, and operationally efficient. Strong customer service skills are a must. The ability to relate to students, staff, colleagues, children, and young people is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your experience in designing, implementing, delivering, and administering aquatics programmes, whilst working in a vibrant facility, with unrivalled focus and drive on continuous development.

Please note this role involves shift working which will vary from 8.30am – 6.30pm. Weekend working will be required.
