As one of Scotland’s most successful sports governing bodies, Scottish Swimming is seeking to appoint an ambitious individual with the vision and expertise to lead our sport. 

Responsible for the strategic leadership and management of Scottish Swimming, the successful candidate will be a dynamic and creative leader with a proven track record in developing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who understands what it means to develop excellence in all areas of our work. The remit is rich and varied addressing the needs of a changing organisation while increasing participation and maintaining a world-class athlete development pathway in a sport that is universally accessible.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the skill to develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders and partners.  We are seeking an outstanding individual – one who understands the importance of culture, the power of partnerships, and the emotion of sport.
