We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Executive Officer to provide administrative support to the Club Development Team and co-ordinate wellbeing courses and enquiries. The role is based at Airthrey Castle on Stirling University Campus, good communication and strong administrative and organisational skills are essential. In addition you can demonstrate an ability to multi-task and have strong IT skills. Key Functions: Provide administrative support to the Regional Swimming Development Managers (RSDMs) to deliver Club Development projects. Support the Safeguarding Officer, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries from clubs. Co-ordinate all training courses for Wellbeing and Protection and handle PVG checks for our volunteers. Provide general support for Diving, Open Water, and Water Polo disciplines as well as the Swimming Technical Officials as required. Person Profile Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proven experience in an administrative role is essential. Experience in co-ordinating projects with attention to detail. Strong skills in MS Office is essential, in particular in Word and Excel Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills. Proven ability to demonstrate confidence, empathy, enthusiasm and initiative. Ability to be proactive, work with minimal direction and supervision and have a ‘make it happen’ attitude. An ability to interface with professional and volunteer staff. A good understanding and fit with Scottish Swimming values and culture. Knowledge in the field of Wellbeing and Protection or PVG processing is not required; full training will be given in this area. Qualifications and Training Educated to Degree/HND standard or equivalent or minimum 2 years appropriate work experience. IT Skills-competent with MS Products- Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
