Scottish Swimming is seeking a Workforce Development Manager (secondment opportunity considered) to lead on the management of an effective teacher and coach development system.  We are looking for an enthusiastic, self- motivated individual to lead the development, training and management of the Scottish Swimming Education delivery workforce.

Excellent leadership, communication and negotiating skills are a must as well as the ability to enthuse and motivate others. 

Key Functions:

  1. Lead the development, training and management of Scottish Swimming’s education and training programmes to support the aquatics workforce.
  2. Lead and manage the application of the National Workforce Development Plan and support implementation of plans with local partners.
  3. Lead the development of, and provide support to, the tutor workforce in Scotland.
