Stirling Swimming Club, is in a position to appoint a Junior Age Group Coach to join our coaching team. 

The successful applicant will be responsible for coaching our junior age group swimmers for up to 12 hours per week as well as having responsibility for our Starfish programme.  You will design and deliver their training and competition programmes, as well as leading the progression and development of the club’s Starfish programme as directed by the Head Coach and Club President.

We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable and enthusiastic individual with experience of coaching at a competitive level. You will preferably hold a UKCC Level 2 coaching qualification (or equivalent) but consideration will also be given to those holding a Level 1 and willing to fast-track through the UKCC coach education pathway.  You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and get the best from our junior age group swimmers.

This is a self-employed, part-time position with remuneration dependant on experience.
