Swim Ireland are seeking a technical expert in swimming (qualified in either teaching or coaching) to assist in the development of the workforce, courses and programmes managed by the Education department. The role is new to the Education department and requires a combination of technical expertise in swimming and a strong background in training and / or education. Swim Ireland are the leading provider of swimming education in Ireland and this is an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in working for a national governing body with a swimming and education background.

You will have responsibility for co-ordinating workforce education, training and CPD, providing technical and operational support to Swim Ireland Swim Schools and clubs and various project work around the development of courses and the online learning platform (Swim Training and Education Platform - STEP).
