Are you looking for an interesting and enjoyable, ever-changing job? An ideal job vacancy has been created within our successful Swim Company for an enthusiastic and motivated team player. This is a full-time position. Saturday and Sunday mornings will be required during the academic term. Swimming knowledge would be an advantage but is not necessary. It may best suit a past swimmer. We will, however, consider a suitable person who believes they can make a difference and add value to our operation.

Your job will require you to manage, and lead, our teaching staff, together with ensuring that the children in the lessons progress to become proper swimmers. In addition to leading and managing the teachers at the pools, the role requires you to be competent within the office environment as part of our Customer Sales Team.

Your responsibilities will include; taking bookings, answering and making calls, recording outcomes on our tailor-made database alongside other general office work. You will be part of an already motivated, enthusiastic and fun team. Computer literacy is a must. Full training will be given so, a willingness to learn and embrace new concepts is essential. You must not be afraid to communicate; both by phone, or face to face, as there will be much contact with parents, teachers and children. Enthusiasm and confidence should come naturally to you.
