PAUL EASTER represented Great Britain at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics where he won bronze as part of the 4x200m freestyle team.

Earlier in the 1980s Easter was a six-time Scottish Champion and broke eight Scottish records in 1982 alone, the same year he swam, for GBR in the European Cup and competed for Scotland at the Commonwealth Games in Brisbane, where he picked up medals as part of the 4x200m freestyle and 4x100m medley relay teams. He was also chosen to represent GBR at the World Aquatics Championships in 1982, in Ecuador.
