SEAN FRASER won a bronze medal in his Paralympic debut in Beijing in 2008, competing in the S8 100m backstroke event. The following year at the IPC European Championships in Reykjavik, Fraser won three bronze medals in the S8 category (50m freestyle, 400m freestyle and 100m backstroke). At the 2010 Delhi Commonwealth Games Fraser won silver in the S8 100m freestyle event for Scotland, breaking the British record for the event and finishing just 0.33 off the gold medal winning time, in a thrilling race to the wall. He also won bronze as part of the 34pt 4x100m freestyle relay at the 2011 IPC European Championships in Berlin.
