DUNCAN SCOTT became a world champion on his debut outing at a World Championships in Kazan in 2015 after also becoming a three-time European Games Champion at the inaugural event in Baku.

Making his debut appearance at a World Championships, Scott came away with a gold medal as part of the men’s 4x200m Freestyle relay team. Earlier in the year Scott made his first senior international team at the inaugural European Games, winning three golds and three silvers making him Great Britain’s most decorated athlete in Baku.

The European Junior Championships in 2014 was also a successful outing for Scott, on this occasion he secured individual gold in the 200m IM and a further gold and bronze in the 4x100 and 4x200 free relay events respectively.

2014 saw him assist Team Scotland to a Commonwealth Silver in the 4x200m free team relay at Glasgow 2014.

Scott also represented made a junior appearance for Team GB at the European Youth Olympic Festival in 2013, taking four medals including gold in the 200m IM.
