Friday, July 18, 2014 Open Water Come and Try Sessions are back! Open Water Come and Try Sessions at The Helix, Falkirk Open Water Come and Try Session at The Helix Scottish Swimming's Come and Try sessions are back at the Helix in Falkirk on 10 August. This time there will be an advanced session on top of the already popular beginners and intermediate sessions. Come and Try Advanced is a one hour session aimed at those with good experience of Open Water swimming who would like to learn new skills and techniques, perfect for those taking part in the Great Scottish Swim. There will also be a junior session for all 10 - 15 year olds that would like to have a go at Open Water swimming. All sessions will be have a maximum ratio of 1 coach to 12 swimmers, will be an hour long and will be taught by experienced coaches at the iconic new venue in Falkirk. Sessions cost £15 for adult and £10 for junior sessions, wetsuits are available for hire.
