James Heatly and Sam Thornton Win Bronze in Penza for Brits

Lois Toulson won silver and James Heatly and Sam Thornton took bronze in second day of the 2014 World Junior Diving Championships in Penza.

Toulson secured her silver in the Platform after putting in an impressive performance in Russia.

She saved the best to last and until her final dive she lay in seventh position but she scored 73 points for her final dive to take her up the leader board. She finished her final with a score of 352.90. 

Ruby Bower finished in ninth place with 332.30 points. 

James Heatly and Sam Thornton reached the podium, storming to an impressive bronze medal in the 3m Synchro. They finished with a score of 305.88. 

In the 1m Springboard Francesca Del Celo finished in fourth place with a score of 399.00 while Katherine Torrance secured ninth place with 374.00 points.
