Fourth Medal for Mullen in Glasgow

The IPC Swimming World Championships concluded at Tollcross International Swimming Centre with Andrew Mullen collecting his fourth medal.

Capping off a memorable week in the pool where he learned to swim, 18-year old Mullen knocked more than a second off his PB as he came home in 1:16.68 for bronze in the S5 100m Freestyle, touching behind Brazil’s Daniel Dias (1:15.96) and USA’s Roy Perkins (1:15.96).

The GB team finished the medal table in 5th position winning 10 golds, 12 silver and 10 bronze medals.
