My Three Top Tips - Steven Tigg (High Performance Swim Coach)

This week, High Performance Swim Coach for University of Stirling, Steven Tigg, shares his top three tips for swimmers: 

  1. Always double check your equipment: goggles, swimming caps, costume, waterbottle (this is something all top athletes do)

  2. Keep your session objectives simple and achievable, it helps you stay motivated

  3. Log your sessions to check on progress, you can use this to plan future workouts
