Wednesday, December 21, 2016 Warm Weather Training Camp kicks off as Gold Coast 2018 preparations get underway Tenerife Top Training: T3 in La Caleta As part of the on-going preparations for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games, 23 senior athletes will be attending the National Team 'Warm Weather Training Camp' in Tenerife early in the New Year. The camp will run from 2-16 January 2017, and will be held at the state of the art sports complex T3 in La Caleta, Costa Adeje, Tenerife. The camp will be led by National Coach, Alan Lynn and will be staffed with selected coaches along with support staff from sportscotland institute of sport. Training will consist of access to daily 2 x 2hr pool sessions plus 90min Strength and Conditioning and Land Conditioning sessions.
