Workout live with National Squad Athletes

Do you want the chance to workout alongside Scottish Swimming’s National Squad Athletes, including the likes of Duncan Scott, Ross Murdoch and Lucy Hope? Now’s your chance!

Interested? Here’s what we’ve been up to the last couple of weeks
 
The session will be led by Sportscotland's Neil Shanks and will include a 10 minute warm up and a main session which will last 20 minutes. This session will be a high intensity conditioning session, so you prepare to be tested!

Not only is this an unique opportunity to train next to some of the worlds best, it’s a great chance to improve your physical and mental wellbeing - whether you’re a swimmer, diver, water polo player, synchro swimmer, coach or parent!

 
REQUIREMENTS (PLEASE READ)
 
Physical capabilities:
- Please ensure you are of good physical health (no major injuries or illnesses)
- Exercises will include upper body pushing (press ups), lower body (squatting, lunges, jumping), and trunk exercises (sit ups, planks etc). So please ensure you are able to complete these exercises, or be able to regress these exercises, so you are able to do them.
- Other requirements: Zoom account, Notebook, Stopwatch or timer app, speaker for music.
